Stiff muscles, tense shoulders, mild back pain, and the like are naturally included. For specific attention regarding pain and limited mobility, massage therapy is the right choice.
Rolfing® of massagetherapie
€ 95,- for a 75-minute session
Massage therapy focuses on a specific (pain) complaint or theme. Rolfing focuses on changing body awareness and movement patterns.
A treatment plan may be drawn up during the first session.
Massage and massage therapy are not a substitute for a doctor's visit.
