No. I have cloths and towels for the sessions, and I have several types of oil. If you have any specific requests, please get in touch.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the link you received in the confirmation email. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you are liable for the session fee and any deposit will be forfeited. I will discuss any force majeure with you on an individual basis.

If you know that you will not be able to make it, please contact me as soon as possible to look for a solution.

There are many modalities within the field of massage, such as hot stone, reflexology, Thai massage, Shiatsu, and dozens more. I do not believe that anyone can become a specialist in multiple of these modalities and focus more on the application and effect than on collecting certificates in multiple modalities. As a Rolfer™, I have extensive knowledge of deep tissue techniques – although, Deep tissue massage is probably something different than you think.My relaxation massages are in the (slowing and very relaxing) Esalen style, alternated with classical or Swedish massage if this seems to suit someone. In between appointments, I am working on modules of the Erik Dalton Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques®, so depending on when you read this, I may already be further along with that.

No, being naked is never necessary. For a relaxation massage, you can keep your underwear on, and you always lie under a sheet. The sheet is folded back where the massage is performed (with oil).

Rolfing and Dalton MAT can often be performed (without oil) in loose-fitting clothing or at least in underwear. This is also because these techniques require more movement from you as a client, and therefore coverage with a cloth is not always guaranteed.

Massage therapy and deep tissue can vary; sometimes this can be done with clothing on, sometimes (for example, if oil is used) it is more convenient in underwear. At all times, you are not naked.

Yes, that is possible. Under a sheet, that is. In my practice, it is not possible to receive a massage without covering or underwear.

Preferably by debit card or in advance. If cash, please have the exact amount ready.

Yes, of course. If a competent adult accompanies them or a statement issues As long as the treatment is approved, that is not a problem.
